Service Schedule Updates

We will close at 3 p.m. on December 22. This will be our last day for at-the-door pickup service before winter break as well as our final shipping day of the year. Orders placed after 8 a.m. on December 22 will be processed in the order received when we re-open after winter break.

Tech Shop will be closed for winter break December 23, 2020-January 3, 2021. Please check our Locations & Hours before you visit, as there may be adjustments to our regular store hours before and after the winter break.

Service hours for our Tech Consulting and Tech Repair partners are the same as our store hours. Holiday shipping delays may impact Tech Repair service timing; please clarify with your consultant at check-in if your repair can be completed prior to the winter break.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the continental United States (excluding P.O. Boxes); this does include U-M campus addresses. We ship via UPS, and fees will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the shipping option selected. Fees include insurance.

We will make every effort to fulfill shipping requests and/or notify customers if we cannot fulfill orders prior to holiday due to vendor supply or shipping issues. We strongly suggest placing orders by 5 p.m. on December 16 if you need your items to arrive by December 25.

At-The-Door Pickup

At-the-door pickup service for online orders is available by appointment at the Michigan Union. Simply select At-the-Door as your Shipping Method at checkout. We contact you when your order is ready and provide a link to our appointment booking service. Be sure to bring UMID (MCard)!
