Add funds to your Ann Arbor MPrint account beyond the standard computing services allocation. Upon order completion, you will receive both a standard order confirmation email and an additional email with a unique redemption code for each $20 credit purchased. (These credits cannot be used on the Dearborn or Flint campuses.)

Ann Arbor Students: You do not need to add funds to your account, to print beyond your standard computing services allocation! All printing charges accrued beyond your quota in a given month are automatically charged to your Wolverine Access student account at the beginning of the subsequent month.

Ann Arbor Faculty/Staff/Departments: MPrint Credits are intended for personal use. To set up shortcode account please visit the MPrint account page.

To add purchased credits to your available balance, log in to your MPrint account and enter the code(s).

The cash value of credits purchased is not refundable. Unused funds never expire and, once added, remain in your MPrint account until redeemed.

Under some circumstances, credits can be refunded to your MPrint account due to printing errors. Tech Shop staff do not handle this type of refund. Visit the ITS website for more information about refund policies and instructions for requesting a refund.
