Personal purchases are now eligible for the same delivery service we offer departmental customers!^* We deliver same- or next-day to all U-M buildings on the Ann Arbor campus, including residence halls and Michigan Medicine. All regular payment options are available.

Please complete all the information requested during the order process, including any special instructions that will assist our drivers in locating and accessing the delivery location. You will receive an email from Tech Shop when your order is queued for delivery.

• Orders placed before 10 a.m. will be delivered same-day.
• Orders placed after 10 a.m. (or on weekends) will be delivered the next business day.

We will contact you via email to reschedule delivery if the items you ordered are not in stock or if we are unable to make the delivery for any reason.

For faculty and staff: We will make every effort to deliver items directly to the room requested; however, this is occasionally not possible. In that case, items will be delivered to the front desk, reception area, or mail room of the specified building.

For students: At the request of Michigan Housing, we can only offer residence hall delivery service during the fall and winter terms, beginning two weeks after classes start until two weeks before the end of the term (or last scheduled day of finals). Once your package is delivered to your residence hall’s community center, Michigan Housing mail and package delivery requires additional time for internal processing; please wait to receive notification from your mail room that your delivery is ready for pickup. If you have questions about delivery service to your residence hall, please contact us before placing your order.

*Tech Shop delivery service is complimentary for all departmental orders and for personal orders over $300; a $5 service fee applies to personal orders under $300.
