When: Thursdays at 3 p.m. (each lasting 20-30 minutes, with option for Q&A and personal consulting to follow)
Where: Michigan Union | Ground Floor

It would be great if you registered to let us know you’re coming, but drop-ins are also welcome! Bring your own device where indicated if you want, but that’s not required either; we can provide 1:1 tech consults or helpful how-to resources so you can DIY with confidence.

November 14: Troubleshooting & You

Join us for some expert guidance on DIY troubleshooting. Our Tech Help expert will teach you how to recognize problems and how to find answers to some common technical issues.

We will focus primarily on computer troubleshooting (Windows, Mac, and Linux), but techniques and approaches would also be applicable to other kinds of devices such as smartphones, smart watches, or gaming consoles.
