Tech Shop ships anywhere in the continental United States (excluding P.O. Boxes); this does include both U-M campus and residential addresses. We ship via UPS, and fees are calculated at the time of checkout based on the shipping option selected. Fees include insurance.
For any products in the Tech Shop catalog, simply use the standard checkout process, choose Shortcode for your payment option, and enter your desired shipping address.
If you require a custom-configured Mac that does not appear in the Tech Shop catalog, you can use our Apple CTO order process. Please note that custom-configured products are not eligible for order cancellation or return.
Update: If you need non-Apple items not available through the Tech Shop catalog, we are no longer able to facilitate direct shipping for products in M-Marketsite punchout catalogs. To purchase products for your department through M-Marketsite, please resume using your unit’s pre-COVID technology equipment ordering procedure.
